well backside unity its just to easy i got it in like half an hour before nut it does hurt when you fall over so whats the big wow about them all you have to do is come up to a grind box 90 on to hit cross your feet and then 270 out it looks better if you do a true spin in to it

i learned it by doing an acid grind and then just turning my back foot so my feet are crossed... the key to this trick is not freaking out when your legs are crossed and locking it on the outside of each boot... this keeps yer weight on the rail so you won't fall thats it

think of a fronside unity the same way except do a top acid and turn your back foot!!!!!

You're totally wrong, unless you're doing the grind on something circular or really really short. Keeping your upper body doesn't help at all. What you might want to try is turning your upper body, especially your shoulders as well, while looking over your left shoulder. Plan on going fakie after the grind is done and you'll slide easier, especially if you don't happen to have any wax on you and you just gotta go at it hardcore. It's how I learned to do full torques, it helps a lot.
