Aggressive Skate Tricks- HOW TO: Grind

Posted by fruitbooter on the Roller Warehouse Aggressive Skate Forum

1. PRACTICE YOUR GRINDS BY STALLING A STEP OR LEDGE. practice going parallel and perpindicular. the more you do it, the better you will lock on and balance.also, see how long you can hold the stall.

******when you stall make sure your feet are in the right postion. you dont want to be grinding a rail and fall b/c you feet are in thr wrong posistion!

2. EITHER PRACITCE ON HIGHER STEPS OR JUST GO FOR IT AND TRY YOUR P-RAIL OR BOX. not everyone goes straight to the rail or box. it takes practice to get used to the felling of locking on.

3.CONTINUE DOING P-RAILS AND LEDGES BUT TRY YOUR GRINDS ON HIGHER ONES. the higher you can grind the better youll be able skate more “obstacles”

4.PRACTICE EACH GRIND YOU KNOW EVERYDAY AND YOULL BE ABLE TO DO THEM FIRST TRY.

  8. MIK Says:

Hey grindin a kerb is alrite but you really need to practice with things higher off the floor. Its best just to have confidence n go for it though
