Doing tricks is not recommended for beginner or moderate skaters. Tricks are for very advanced level skaters only. Even advanced skaters can get hurt or killed when attempting tricks on skates. If you attempt tricks on skates you do so at your own risk. Please wear protective gear at all times including but not limited to: helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads, knee pads, butt pads and shin guards.
