Alex Broskows Newest Skate DVD

When I got this video, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. I mean, you think you’ve seen Alex Broskow do it all, but this DVD really proves that he has. First, you see sections from his pre-teens era, which is over a decade old. And sadly enough, he was so ahead of times at that point. It kind of reminds me of watching old Josh Petty sections, fast with hard tricks. It’s the type of skating that doesn’t get boring.

Then everything gets real good about half way through. This is when Broskow is just doing inhuman stunts, I mean, most people couldn’t land a quarter of the tricks that he’s done.

Then by the end of the DVD, you’re getting to a whole different Broskow than you’ve seen before. It just seems the progression doesn’t end. He went from doing stunts, to being so technical that it’s on a level that’s not understandable. It’s faster than before, with better style than before, but still on a level that’s still bigger than most.
