USD Carbon Free Team 2016

USD Carbon skates are known for being some of the highest performing as well as coolest looking skates around. Their a great skate to dial in with your own custom setup. The Carbon Free Team 2016 has been out for sometime but is still a great skate to get on your feet and RW happened to get a few more pairs. Perfect color way for any customization you want to throw at them.

The Carbon-Free has the same construction like the USD carbon with with a composite shell. The padding, shell and upper are made to one piece what makes the skate look compact. The external cuff gives lateral support and enhanced forward flex. It has been designed with a combination of Carbon, Fibreglass and Nylon which allows to create the closest feel to USD Carbon skates while enabling to lower the price for loyal USD customers. A size 41 skate weights only 150g more than the Carbon.

Kizer Slimline 2 Black Frames

Features:
8mm Rocker-able Axels
Aluminum Frame Spacers
Recessed Frame Walls
Concave h-block shape to reduce wheel bite
Allows for multiple different wheel setups
Ideal Flat-Rocker Frame

The Kizer Slimline is one of the younger additions to the Kizer family. The 2011 re-vamped version of this frame has been designed as the ultimate flat setup frame thanks to the help of the industries leaders in frame technology including the one and only Al Dolega.
A flat setup is beneficial for a number of reasons: It allows you better speed and control as well as improved anti-shock. Flat setups allow for faster turns and also allow for longer wheel life.

Ground Control 72mm 88a Full Profile

This 72mm wheel from GC features an updated full-profile and solid core.  This new design will provide more stability and increase overall wheel life. These wheels are super fast with a solid feeling and a nice chunky profile made for street skating. This is a shop favorite when it comes to 72mm wheel size, and this a great choice for the outside wheels on the Oysi frame.

The Bearings: Titen Ceramic Bearings

Ceramic bearings represent the latest in bearing technology and offer many benefits:
• Ceramic bearings have 1/10th the friction of steel which means faster speeds and less effort.
• 60% Lighter Weight – Silicon Nitrate balls weigh 60% less than steel balls of the same size. Reduce your bearing rotating weight!
• Longer Life – Ceramic Bearings last up to 5 times longer than steel!
• Cooler Running – Ceramic Bearings have no micro weld adhesion between the balls & races which means lower friction. Ceramic also has a lower amount of thermal expansion which also reduces temperatures. Bearings run cooler and vibration levels are lower at high RPM
• No Special Handling or Cleaning

The Soulplates: USD Carbon Soul Plates

These are the souls that come on all USD Carbon Free or Carbon Skates. These soulplates offer a slim-lined profile with anatomical backslide. These are poured from a very hard plastic, provided much needed durability. If your wanting something a little more beefy check out the USD VII Soul Plates, those work as well on this skate. Those and the USD Carbon Soul Plates souls are available in a wide variety of different colors. Keep in mind we can swap out the color of ANY part on this skate for no additional charge, just gotta call us up and place your order over the phone.

The Cuffs: USD Carbon Cuffs

New cuff for improved support and flexibility. The cuff, which has been created with a brand new and exclusive mold, includes a v-cut which matches the enhanced lining of the skate. The improved flex thanks to this new cuff means that there is less stress on the inside lining allowing for longer life, perfect heel lock and all round better performance.

The Liners:

The built in/non-removable liner, this will increase the responsiveness of your skate, since the actual shell and the liner are one. Keep in mind these liners are not replaceable, so to get the most out of the skates you need to make sure your unlacing your skates all the way before you taken them on/off. Be gentile when your putting them on or taking them off, the more you try to jam your foot in or rip it out, the more damage the liner will take. These liners are just as durable as any other aggressive liner.
