NW Regional Skateboard, Inline and Scooter Competition

What: 2nd annual “Own the Zone” 2006 Extreme Sports Competition

When: April 1st (No foolin’)

Where: Thrill-Zone Tacoma Wa (2101 Mildred St. W. -Tacoma WA 98466)

Concept: Bring the best regional extreme sports athletes from around the Pacific Northwest and beyond to compete for cash and prizes. Mix that with give-aways from leaders in the extreme sports industry, rock and roll music, big air and some killer stunts and now you’ve got somthing going on!

Levels: Novice, intermediate and Pro

Schedule:

• Noon ­ 1:30 Open practice and sign ups. Sign up early and relax. Pre registration open to all during normal business hours.
• 1:30 -3:30 Young guys skate board contest. Anyone under 12 years of age can compete in this special event just for the little guys. Awards will be given out just like the big guys.
• 3:30 ­ 6:30 Amature skateboard contest. Over the age of 12 Beginner class will start first followed by intermediate and Expert / open.
• 3:30 -4:30 ­ Beginner
• 4:30 ­ 5:30 ­ Intermediate
• 5:30 ­ 6:30 ­ Expert / Open
• 6:30 -7:00 ­ Skate board Awards presentation
• 7:00 ­ 9:00 Inline skate comp
• 7:00 ­ 7:30 Beginner class (Inline)
• 7:30-9:00 Intermediate and advanced (Inline)
• 9:00-9:15 Inline awards presentation
• 9:15 Beginner/ intermediate class. (scooter)
• 10:15 Pro class (scooter)
• 11:15 Awards start video premier
• 12 Midnight end.
