New Eulogy 07 Wheels

Eulogy 07 Lievanos Wheel

Eulogy 07 Lievanos Wheel

This year in rollerblading, it’s the Year of the E. Eulogy has kicked off the 07 summer with nine new wheel designs, including a brand new anti-rocker and two team wheels. Not to mention five Pro wheels of some of the illest pros in rollerblading, and the new Sigil 2 wheel, specifically made for riding flat rocker.

Eulogy has always come through with quality wheels with sick designs. For this line of wheels, they have a Japanese theme, hence the Year of the E. All of the Pro wheels feature graphics of Tengu masks. Tengu masks are a representation of strong, supernatural creatures in Japanese folklore, with the ability to fly and do other inhuman things. I’d say that represents Eulogy pretty well, considering they have one of the sickest and craziest teams in rollerblading today. They also have the Team Koi Wheel and the Team Bird wheel which also follow the Japanese theme. All of these Eulogy wheels really follow the trend of the Tengu theme; strong, resilient, and able to last you through those rough battles.

With Eulogy’s, it’s not only the graphics that make the wheels amazing. I recently got a chance to ride some of the new Eulogys around, and they easily met up to the expectations that the older wheels had set. First off, amazing grip. I first took em out to the skatepark to test em out on some smooth ground. I didn’t have any trouble with slipping or losing any traction… even when I rolled through a little bit of water. Then, I decided to stroll down the street to a ledge to test out the wheels on some street skating. The grip was still amazing, and even after a couple hours of skating, I didn’t have any real wear on our wheels. Personally, I like to ride freestyle, so I tried out the Austin Paz 57/89 wheel and it worked out perfect; a great shape for riding freestyle. Also, if you’re looking for a freestyle wheel with a different graphic, I would suggest the 07 Lievanos 58/90 or, if you like smaller and softer wheels, you could try the 07 Rowe 56/88… both would be an awesome choice for riding freestyle or anti rocker.

If riding with 4 wheels is more your thing, you could check out the Eulogy 07 Gonzo 53/89 wheel… a wheel specifically made for riding flat. Also, you could try out the Team Koi 54/88 Wheel or the Sigil 2 52/90 wheel… both gives you a lot of options for finding that perfect wheel for you. If you’re looking for a great all around wheel, my suggestion would be the Eulogy 07 Schrijn 55/89 Wheel or the Team Bird 55/90 wheel. Both would be good for freestyle, anti rocker, or flat.

And also, this line of Eulogy wheels is the same urethane as the last line of wheels so you can be sure for a consistent roll. so it’s really only a matter of finding the size of wheel that works best for you. They grip well, last long, and look good… you can’t ask for more.
