Razors Korey Pro SL Skates
Introducing the latest release from Razors Skate Co. – The Korey Waikiki SL Pro Skate – Korey “Sneaky” Waikiki has been killing the scene for a while now so it was only a matter of time before he finally got his own pro skate. Featuring an all new canvas upper supported by Razors trusted SL boot mold, the Korey Pro offers a modern, stylish look with extraordinary performance. The skate comes stock with matching liners with a canvas outer and plaid detailing around the inside upper. The reformed Razors tongue offers ample support, and front velcro attachments keep the tongue from shifting side to side.
All replaceable souls, sliders, and backslide plates allow for easy customization and long boot life. The Genesys cuff is a great balance between support and needed flexibility; it comes with a graphic drawn by Korey’s brother, someone who has been there for him since the beginning of his blade career. The whole package is balanced a top a special edition tan color way Ground Control Featherlite3 frame, 57mm GC wheels with ABEC9 Bearings on the outs and 42mm plastic anti-rockers on the inner 2’s and 3’s.

The Frames: Ground Control Featherlite 3 Frames
The Ground Control Featherlite 3 frames are some of the best frames out right now. Several new upgrades to these frames have made them even better. New metal frame spacers makes it so you have a solid connection between your bearing and frame. This reduces friction, while giving enough space to let your wheel roll freely without letting your bearing rub against the inner sidewall of the frame. New plastic formula in these frames makes them slide faster then ever, and feel even more solid than the last generation. Coming setup with some 43mm nylon/plastic anti-rockers right out the box. These will have you grinding smooth and fast, while still being able to slightly roll when needed.
The Wheels and Bearings: Ground Control 57mm 88a Wheels w/ Abec 9 Bearings
On top of making some high quality frames Ground Control recently started making wheels as well. The Korey SL skates come with 57mm 90a Ground Control wheels. Perfect size and hardness to have you rolling smooth handling the streets with ease. Abec 9 bearings will be fast right out the box and are perfect durability for aggressive skating.
The Soulplates & Backslides: Slider Backslide Plates & Slider Grindplates & Slider Soulframes
These are the soulplates for Razors SL style skates. The SL shell features a baseless design, and the Slider Soulframes act as the bottom of the shell along with the Slider Backslide Plates& Slider Grindplates. What this does is give you a closer to the foot feel when your grinding. Pretty much the distance between your foot and what your grinding has been greatly reduced, this results in a more natural grind and increased responsiveness. All of these parts are replaceable and are available in a variety of different colors.
The Liner: Razors Pro SL Korey Liner
These skates come with Razors Pro SL style liner. Custom tan and black color way with plaid lining. Neoprene toes and heels help the liner stretch and fit to your foot better. Elastic on the tongue keeps it from moving from side to side when skating. The tongues and padding on these liners are a bit different than previous Razor SL liners. More of an anatomical fit and the canvas helps make the tongue feel a bit more solid.
