Rollerblade TRS A7 Aggressive Skates

Over a decade ago when Rollerblade released the original TRS lightning skates, I would have never thought that they would still be making different models of the skate over ten years later. The original TRS skates were by far the most popular skate in our young sport at the time. It is always refreshing to see original companies and skates still going strong after so many years.

The latest release from Rollerblade is the Rollerblade TRS Alpha 7 skate and let me tell you that they have made huge improvements since the first TRS was released. These new Alpha 7’s feature a new CoolMax Liner, these liners are made with a special and comfortable material that is designed to keep your foot cool as you sweat. This allows you to have longer sessions and stay cool when your feet are working up a sweat. The glass charged nylon midsoles allow you to have maximum control on your grinds. The grind inserts and H block are made with Kevlar charged Delrin witch is a really fast plastic. This will make the skates perfect for skating ledges, rails, and whatever other innovative things you can think of grinding. The cuff on the Alpha 7 is external and there is a new Velcro strap above the laces, these two features combined with the new CoolMax liner make these skates insanely comfortable.

This skate comes with nice TRS wheels, Abec 5 bearings and solid aluminum spacers. The buckle makes for really easy access so you’re not spending too long putting on your skates. I know how that can get a little annoying when your juiced to skate but its taking ten minutes to get your boots on. The brand new skin on these skates is so fresh and clean. There is no clothe on it at all, it is all white leather with black trim.

The Rollerblade skins are really durable and will last a lot longer than the ones we have seen in the past. And as always these skates are fully customizable so you can put whatever parts you want on your skates. If you like kizer, ground control, or able frames, it is as simple as changing 2 bolts to put your favorite frames on. Gotta love that UFS frames!
