Rollerblade Solo Team 2016 SkatesThe Solo is a classic. The boot is supportive and light weight. The Velcro straps keep your feet locked into the boots while the thick shock absorber keeps your free of heel bruises. The Blank brand frames grind on any surface and are strong enough for the biggest gaps. Hydrogen Wheels accompany the killer Solo boots to set higher standard for how street skates should preform. These new 2016 Team Solo skates also feature a new all black blank liner. This skate has some great high quality parts coming stock on this skate and is truly ready to shred right out the box.

The specific Zytel formula they used in these frames is “RS 30G30L NC010″
High strength, abrasion and impact resistant thermoplastic polyamide formulations of the family more commonly known as nylon.
This is a lubricated, 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 610 resin containing a minimum of 40% renewably sourced ingredients by weight.

The Wheels: Rollerblade Hydrogen Wheels 58mm 88a  The RB Hydrogen Wheels are new to the scene but are definitely packing some high quality urethane. Similar core and shape to some undercover wheels these have an awesome profile. The hydrogen formula make the wheels have a far superior grip compared to a lot of the wheels on the market. They also wear down a bit slower than normal wheels. Awesome wheels for the park or streets and the hydrogen formula makes for a great ride.

Coming ready to roll with SG9 bearings, SG stands for Skater Grade, these are leaps and bounds better than any Abec rated bearing. Rollerblade putting in legit bearings in their pro level skates.

Antirockers: Rollerblade Anti Rocker Wheels

The anti-rocker wheels this skate come setup up with are the best among the plastic, bearing-less style anti’s. These feature a thick surface, raising their durability over their competitors. Solid anti’s coming in the Blank Frames.

The Liners: Blank Liners

Plain and simple, Blank Liners rule. They’ve been the only liner I’ll ride for the past couple years since their birth. They have a moderate amount of padding, not crazy thick, not super thin. They work great in a wide variety of different skates. They have a small built in shock absorber under the heel. Lace up system all the way up, which helps keep your heel locked into the heel cup in the back of the liner, this vastly improves the responsiveness of the skate, with the closer to the foot feel. Also they have a large carrying strap on the back of the liner, not gonna be a super small finger pincher like most skates, you can comfortably carry both skates in one hand, such a crucial feature that a lot of liners and skates are missing. In my opinion these are the best liners on the market, and will soon be available for individual purchase from Blank. These new Solo’s feature the newest version of the blank liner which isn’t that much different than before. Some new materials on the side panels make these liners fit and feel even more comfy, while letting the liner breath better than before.

The Soulplates: Rollerblade Solo Sole PlatesThe new formula Rollerblade Solo Sole Plates are now much more durable, using a brand new improved plastic. These souls have a beefy backslide area, and with the hard material the souls are made out of, these offer a very fast grind on all surfaces. Each positive and negative plate are attach via a 4 point mounting system giving a solid bound between the skate and what your grinding.
